Shipping

Most orders are shipped from our EU warehouse based in the Netherlands. We primarily use DHL Parcels or, where that is impossible, DHL Express.

It is your responsibility to ensure an accurate shipping address is provided at checkout. If you do not do so, and if your order is returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable, we may have to charge you an additional shipping fee to reflect the additional costs levied by our carriers.
