Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, but please note we cannot refund postage unless the items are faulty. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, personal customer service and aim to make returns as easy as possible.
Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. We cannot offer exchanges and cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, face masks or socks for reason of hygiene, unless they are faulty. Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items in their original condition, in which case we will refund your total purchase amount.
Exclusions from our returns policy:
Gift cards, underwear* including pants and socks, face masks, earrings, items which were not bought on the peopletree.eu website or any items where the tags have been removed and/or the items obviously worn beyond changing room conditions or otherwise soiled. (*Bras and our lace trim slips can be returned). If items are returned in a condition other than that in which you would like to receive them, the return will be refused.
How To Return
If the item is faulty, please email us before returning the item/s so we can arrange to refund your postage. Otherwise, please wrap the unused item securely in its original packaging. Complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose it in the package. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product as it helps us to improve, so please be sure to tell us why you are returning it.
