Is your jewellery nickel-free?
Absolutely! We test all samples in our London office to make sure.
Do you use recycled or man-made fibres?
We aim to use natural fibres as much as possible. However, we use polyester thread and some of our trims may be manmade. The majority of our garments are made from organic cotton, organic wool, or Tencel.
What size am I?

Shipping & Payment questions
What shipping options do you offer?
All items are sent from our Netherlands warehouse via DHL. We can't at this time offer next-day delivery. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days, and delivery to most EU destinations takes 2-3 days. We'll email you to let you know when your parcel has shipped.
Why don't you ship to my country?
This site is only for customers located in the European Union. For any other shipping destination, please go to our UK site, where we will be happy to take your order.
Where's my parcel?
You should have received a tracking number with your shipping confirmation, and you can use this to find out expected delivery times. If the delivery is taking longer than advised in our shipping table, please either contact DHL yourself, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will be happy to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
Right now, we are processing exclusively with PayPal. You can pay by Debit or Credit card, or by any other source supported by PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account?
In most EU countries, you can just enter your card details as a "guest" without having a PayPal account.
In Croatia, Czechia & Slovakia, a PayPal account is required.
Can I return my item?
We understand that sometimes an order isn't quite right, so we offer the option to return or exchange wherever possible. For hygiene reasons, there are some products that are non-returnable.
Please note we are unable to accept returned underwear or earrings, unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
Complete the returns form that accompanied your order. Wrap your item securely in its original packaging and enclose the form before posting the package according to the instructions. Please make sure you ask for (and keep) proof of postage. We welcome feedback on our products so we can improve them, so please do let us know why you're returning them. Thank you!
When can I expect my refund?
If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of posting your return, please email email@example.com and attach your proof of postage so one of our customer care team can assist.
Do you charge for returns?
Return postage is at your expense unless the items are faulty. Should this be the case, please make sure you contact firstname.lastname@example.org before sending, so we can arrange for postage to be reimbursed.
